Trekking Mt Kilimanjaro is something you need to prepare your mind, mentality, nothing technically. Anyone can climb Kilimanjaro, you need to follow advise from your guide and all instructions, although sometimes you can suffer from the altitude, but once you ascend slowly and take a lot of time on the mountain so that your body can get use to the high altitude, drink enough water, not less than 3 litres a day, eat enough, sleep well, and stay warm always.
